Callie turned four on a Saturday this year, something she’ll appreciated more later in life. This particular weekend Vaughn had to be out of town for most of the day, so us Granger girls headed up to Clemson to celebrate with G-Kat and Papa! She woke up to a cinnamon roll breakfast-her favorite
She then got to open up some gifts and did a great job sharing with her sister!
We then headed to the stadium to tailgate and see all the game day sights
Checking out Death Valley
We even got to see Tiger Walk for the first time
although, no one looked our way! boo
after all that walking and visiting all our friends tailgates, their little feet were tired!
not so tired that a visit with Uncle Alex and a cupcake wouldn’t fix!
a now favorite picture of mine, me and my favorite four year old!
Then just Callie and I headed out to find someone to paint her face with a tiger paw!
It was game time which meant our leave time, so we packed up our stroller and headed back to the car. Sweet Chloe didn’t even make it to the car before she passed out with exhaustion!
and Callie only made it a few miles till she was out
they took great power naps on the way home. We met Vaughn home and Callie then got to open her present from us- a new scooter! She’s been riding it all over the place!
We ended the day with her favorite dinner, Spaghetti, and tucked our ‘little’ new four year old to bed. Another highlight of the day, she got gum for the first time! We have a rule, no gum until you turn four, and Callie wasn’t about to let us forget that. It was wonderful day and she’s still talking about her Clemson brithday!
