Baby Proofing

Doesn't make baby girl happy apparently! I went to BabiesRUs today to get a couple of items for Callie's Halloween costume and while I was there I figured it was time to pick up a couple of things to help us "baby proof" a little more. Since Mac loves to open cabinet doors, I started there. You know when you aren't supposed to do something, it makes you want to do it more? Yeah, well this is how Callie felt when she saw me putting the things on the cabinet doors. Sorry little one, it's for your own good! :)

No dentures needed....

She has a tooth! Vaughn and I had a much needed date night last night and we came back this morning to see that a little tooth has broken through. We debated on whether or not little Mac would need dentures for her first birthday, we are happy to report we won't be spending money on them! So at lunch today, I tried to get her to show me the little thing, and this is what we got... :)

Ryan Watson Dupree

It's a BOY! Ryan "Watson" Dupree made his entrance today at a whoping 8lbs 10 oz! Watson is super handsome and looks a lot like big sister Emory. Mom and Dad are doing great and getting used to having a boy in the family. I was so excited to meet him tonight and cannot wait to hold him again! Being in the hospital got me thinking about Callie's birth almost 12 months ago now. So hard to think that she's almost one! I'll have to get my baby fix with Watson for now and then with baby Helfer in March, not quite ready for baby number two right now. :)

Bath Time!

We love bath time! Monday we went to the pool, but it was a little too cold for us. So we headed back home and decided to take a bath instead! Callie can stay in the tub forever it seems, or atleast until she gets mad that I won't let her stand up in the tub. So, here are some cute pics of her getting squeaky clean :)

for some Football?!?! The Granger's are! We are so excited that fall is upon us, not because of the weather, we much prefer summer, but because College Football is here. I missed the USC game with Vaughn and Callie because I was at Retreat for Leadership Columbia, but we were able to join the crew on Saturday night for a little football and eating. Unfortunately the Clemson game was not on TV but we were able to follow it on ESPN.com and 360. I had a fellow fan in the house, thanks Travis, which made my cheering appropriate. :) It was great to hangout with everyone and we are so looking forward to many more weekends like this one! Thanks Travis and Emily for hosting, your new house is beautiful!
