James! Yes, we went to the Zoo, for the 100th time, but this time we got to go with some friends! James and his mommy joined us for some Zoo fun Monday, and we were so excited!
First stop, the gorillas. How cool is this picture?! 
Chloe and James hung out while gorilla viewing, love being able to use the double whenever possible
Then we were off to see the rest of the zoo. Chloe was pushed around by these two most of the time
We attempted, multiple times, to get these two to take a picture together, here are a few of those shots…
Next up was the reptiles and fishes. For some reason this is Callie’s favorite place in the whole Zoo. She talks about the monkeys one the way to the Zoo, then upon arriving she heads straight for the snakes and fish. We stay in there for an hour or so, she like to look at every. single. display. 
This day, however, she was more interested in playing with James instead of looking at all the animals! There were very few people here at the time, so they were able to run some energy out (yay!).
We then attempted another photo of the two of them. James wasn’t having it. We joked that a few year from now he’ll be wishing he had the chance again, ha! :) 
But then again, maybe not with this “smile.” Not sure when she started this, but when asked to smile, she gave us this….. Lets just say I won’t be asking her to give me one for a picture anytime soon… even as cute as it is.
Time for a drink and snack, don’t quite understand needing money for these types of things.

Last but not least, we got to feed the giraffe! We do this every time, but getting a picture of this is difficult when I’m trying to help her feed them. Thanks for other mommy’s that love to take pictures too!!
Two and 1/2 hours later our Zoo adventure was done and it was time to go home for lunch and nap. They were worn flat out, but had a great time. Love having activities like this one for our girls to experience, and with great friends!! Thanks for joining us James and Chollet!
